Tool Cribs & Equipment Cages
Build tool cribs of any size and configuration. Unlike chain link fence or other alternatives, wire partitions are fully framed wire mesh panels that bolt together section by section. Most maintenance departments can install this modular partitioning product without the use of special tools or equipment; allowing for an easy installation of tool cribs and security cages.
Using wire partition panels, you may construct tool crib walls and ceilings from the same modular sized panels. The partition panels may be stacked to your desired tool crib wall height, and the panels easily bolt to posts using standard hand tools. A full line of hinged, double hinged, and sliding doors are available for tool crib use, and the open but secure design allows free circulation of light, HVAC, and fire suppression systems throughout the secured areas.
Tool Cribs for Organization
Wire partitions are ideal for the construction of tool cribs. With a designated, secure area to store tools and equipment, you no longer worry about who has what tool, or where tools have been misplaced. When a maintenance person needs a tool to work on equipment in the plant, they go to the tool crib and sign out the tool they need. Many tool cribs also have a service window so the plant personnel do not have to enter into the actual tool crib.
With a designated, secure area to store tools and equipment, you no longer worry about who has what tool, or where tools have been misplaced.
Security Cages
Wire partitions can be used for securing all types of equipment, inventory, and products within a facility. Secure storage cribs for inventory, janitorial supplies, and your most valuable items can be constructed with wire partitions. Proximity readers, card readers, and keypads can be added to the wire partition doors for high security and controlled access.
Tool Crib Construction
Wire partition panels come 1′ wide up to 10′ wide in one foot increments. The panels are 4′ and 5′ high and are stacked one on top of the other to build a tool crib either 8′, 10′, or 12′ high, and can have a variety of doors. Security cages can also be equipped with ceilings, and ceiling and wall panels can be interchanged. Tool cribs and security cages can be designed in custom sizes and configurations.

Mesh Partitions
Mesh partitions are a very cost-effective solution for providing a high level of protection in warehouses and storage spaces in industry and logistics. Warehouse and industrial partitions are available in various levels of protection and also as solid sheet metal partitions.
Mesh partitions are flexible, simple to install and very strong, with fully welded mesh contained within a strong steel framework.
Can vary in height from 800 mm up to the height of your ceiling. Can be installed as a free-standing unit or anchored to the walls in any type of space or premises.
Partitions can be disassembled, moved or expanded using normal tools.
Machine Guarding Systems are a simple, effective way to keep personnel safe from the dangers posed by automated equipment. These barriers are a strong and economical solution to plant safety needs. Versatility of this system allows easy integration of access doors or larger openings with system controls.
Machine Guarding also doubles as a safety net by containing malfunctioning equipment. Welded and woven wire mesh is extremely resilient; it resists dings, retains its shape, and is virtually maintenance free.
These fully-framed woven wire or welded wire mesh panels bolt to posts forming a strong, secure barrier around dangerous automated equipment. Unlike high-tech light curtains and switch mats that are subject to electrical malfunctions, these safety systems are always on guard.
Woven + Welded Wire Mesh Machine Guarding
Machine guarding and perimeter guarding systems are available in both woven and welded wire mesh. Available in 5′, 8′, 10′ and 12′ or any height you require.
The traditional woven wire mesh machine guarding systems are constructed of a 10 GA wire, woven into a 2″ x 1″ rectangular mesh. This heavy mesh is welded inside a 1-1/4″ x 1-1/4″ x 1/8″ angle frame.
Also available is a wire machine guarding system featuring a 10 GA welded wire design and constructed in a 1 1/4″ x 2 1/2″ rectangular pattern. The sturdy welded mesh is surrounded by a 13 GA rolled formed angle frame. Also available in a 2″x2″ welded mesh square pattern.
Applications:
Commonly found in weld cells, robotic cells, press break equipment stations, laser cutting operation areas, metal stamping areas, and punching stations.
Features:
- Standard height of 5′-3 1/4″ with 0′-3 1/4″ sweep & 8′-5 1/4″ with 0′-3 1/4″ sweep.
- Custom size panels and special heights available.
- Fully framed panel adds strength and stability unequaled in the industry.
- Hinged, double hinged, sliding and vertical rise doors available.
- Angle frame design gives installer clear access to hardware, speeding installation.
- Assembly hardware is inaccessible from the secured side of the guarding.
- All hardware including anchors included.
- Standard 3/8″ mounting hardware is the heaviest in the industry.
- Panels may be ordered in alternate woven and welded mesh options, expanded metal, sheet metal, or clear polycarbonate.
- Safety Interlocks available with mounting plates.
Keep your goods and personnel safe from accidental handling by implementing a Pallet Rack Backing System. Pallet rack backing is made from fully welded mesh and steel frames, which absorb impacts with an energy of up to 2500 joules. The panels are available in three models with different levels of protection. Pallet rack backing panels are easy to mount using our sturdy brackets that fit the majority of pallet racks.
Mesh Panels
The mesh panel is the basis of the pallet rack backing. The panels have a very durable construction with a welded frame and mesh. There are three different mesh sizes available in order to suit different types of goods in your stock. The anti-collapse system can be combined with many sizes of pallet rack. Choose between panels from 700 to 1500 mm wide, with a height of either 1100 or 2200 mm.
Pallet Rack Enclosure Specifications & Details
Made of 10 gauge wire welded in a 2″ x 2″ square mesh. The wire mesh is then welded into a 13 gauge rolled formed angle frame. Pallet rack enclosure end panels are attached to the pallet rack end with flush mount angle clips. To separate multiple bays, end panels are manufactured with a flat frame which allows the panels to be attached to the pallet rack end with self tapping screws. Back panels are also attached directly to the rack with angle clips. Mounting clips allow your pallet load to overhang but still maintain inventory security and safety for workers. Offset clips come in lengths up to 12″ long which allows you to mount panels between back-to-back rows of pallet racks, providing a strong and secure wall to two rows of rack simultaneously.
Features:
- Standard sized panels 4′-0″ or 5′-0″ high, match beam length in width.
- Panels made of 2″ x 2″ x 10 gauge welded wire mesh-other meshes available.
- Panels are framed in 1 1/4″ x 1 1/4″ x 13 gauge steel angle.
- Panels attach directly to rack with mounting brackets.
- Multiple mounting points (seven) on ends of each panel.
- Stack panels one on top of the other to reach desired height.
- Access racks via double sliding doors, or double hinged doors.
- “Above the Top” mounting allows panels to extend above top rack beam.
- Welded wire construction allows for field modifications that look factory-finished.
- Panels can be mounted to support posts if stand alone system desired.
- Heavier options available.
